Heritage Tomato, Mozarella and Nduja Brushetta

Method

Slice your sourdough and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Place under a hot grill until nicely cooked. Remove from the oven and top with your tomatoes, and tear the mozzarella into small pieces and place on around the tomatoes. Dollop some ndjua on top, and you’re done!
