Blitz the blueberries in a food processer. Put the liquid through a sieve to remove the pulp and give the cocktail a dark purple colour. You need 50ml for the one cocktail.
Add the gin, lime, agave syrup and 50ml of the blueberry mixture to a cocktail shaker and stir.
Pour in a glass full of crushed ice. Serve with a couple of blueberries
