Broccoli and Sugarsnap Pea Salad with Miso Dressing

Method

Grill the brocolli on a high heat until cooked through and charred around the edges.

Meanwhile slice the sugar snap peas and make the dressing by combining the miso, honey, ginger and rice vinegar.

Serve the broccoli and sugar snaps on a plate, drizzle with the dressing and top with the flaked almonds.
