Salt Beef Sandwich

Method

To make the salt beef, follow the recipe below. It does need to sit in brine for 7 days!

Butter the bottom slice of bread (a bagel works equally as well) before adding sauerkraut followed by the salt beef. Finish with the second slice of bread, covered with mustard on the underside.

Serve with a dill gherkin cut into quarters length ways.
