Method

Add the instant coffee, sugar and hot water to a mixing bowl. Using an electric whisk, whip the mixture until it is light brown and silky (this will take 2 or 3 minutes!).

Fill a glass with ice cube and fill up to two-thirds with milk.

Dollop on half of the coffee mixture. Mix and enjoy!
