Tumeric & Cumin Roasted Potatoes

From Sabrina “Ghayour's Persiana”

Method

Preheat oven to 200*C

Line a baking tray with non-stick baking parchment

Halve potatoes or 1/4 them if they are large

Place on baking tray

Mix all spice and seasoning mix together in a cup with the oil

Toss and coat potatoes evenly in the mixture

Be generous with the fresh ground pepper

Roast for 45 mins or so until cooked through
